Very bad customer service, I got there to pick up my Atlas and it took the staff more than 5 min to ask me if I had been helped and there was no other customer there the staff was having a personal conversation if it was not for one the guys that I beleive works in the back and asked me, if I had been helped no one would of aknowledged me. Other than that I was told whatever was wrong with my vehicle was not cover under the warranty when it was

It took 4.5 hours for an oil change and check a problem with the radio, and the problem with the radio is still there. Never once gave me any updates while I waited. Won't be going back, and won't buy another Subaru.

They overfilled my oil and supposedly gave it a hand car wash, but it looked dirtier than when I brought it in. Took it back few days later to get the oil level adjusted and was told we need to check the oil when the engine is hot (WRONG information), even the Subaru manual says wait a few minutes before checking oil level when engine is hot. After we insisted on having more taken out, they complied and it was finally good. All my other experiences with them have been great though.

The inspection was not properly done. My oil was low, which led to my transmission fluid overheating. Clearly they did not check my oil as I did and another mechanic did after the overheating issue. My air filters were also filters, so clearly they didnt check those. The inspection should be double checked going forward. I will not be back for service except whats covered by warranty, unfortunately.

It was zip tied together and Subaru had never told me, I found it myself. Very disappointing and they still have not called me to make it right.

They are terrible. No communication. No Service. Returned car with work not completed. Completed inspection that they just did two months prior.
