I went for my oil change and a week later I was out of oil? They couldn't have put any in! I was super worried because I had driven almost 2 hours away and my alarms about oil pressure and the engine were going off! We finally figured out there was just no oil in it! I am so disappointed this happened! It could have really been bad! Two and a half horse I waited fire this oil change and to not have three oil replenished enough to last even a week is really bad!

Not good. My check engine light has been on since I bought the car. This last time I was waiting for a part that still has not come in. Had the tire pressure light on as well. They were turned off but are back on within a week of service. Asked to check screeching coming from breaks and I get told thats just how it sounds. But I have never heard that type of sound coming from breaks. Not sure what to do anymore. Taking the car back to check lights
It was in service for two days and my car still has the same problem. I can't understand what service they say they gave my car.

While getting 60K mile service which is 1 1/2 hrs from home I had to return several days later all because the service tech had not tightened down differential cap which led to excessive fluid loss on garage floor. Thankfully the 1 1/2 hr trip back to dealership did not do damage to car.
I made an appointment to drop my car off on a Thursday. I was told they would need to hang on to it until the next day (Friday). Friday afternoon, I hadn't heard back, so I called to follow up. My car hadn't even be looked at and the rep was rude about it, saying, "I'm pretty sure I told you we were backed up." They put the wrong weight oil in my car because they didnt have mine Smh should have said something and let me decide! I would have came back when they had it

After an email telling me I had a Blind Spot issue recommending visit to Subaru service. the service agent asked me if I knew of a certain person, I said No. His said she was the previous owner of my car. NO, I'm the only owner of the car which I bought a year ago. Next, I asked what services did I have last time there a month ago, he said the computer wasn't loading. Turns out, I had two oil changes in a month. And my car was not vacuumed or wash?!?! What happen to the wonderful service??

Not a good experience for first time since coming here. Representative was very unprofessional, tried to upsell me for repairs I didnt need, before even having car inspected. Car was returned after expensive repairs with service lights still on. I wasnt treated like a valuable customer as I have in past with other representatives. Still have not received call back for repairs still needed that were under warranty.
