Took forever for them to procure parts

I took my car for 20,000 maintenance which includes tire rotation and checking multiple things, I only received a oil change. Now I have to return my car to finish the 20,000 service. I'm taking my VW to Berg VW where they do a complete job. I would recommend Berg VW over Camelback VW for better service.
Needed 'service' because they sold us a 'certified pre-owned' car that had dented rims. They swapped out the rims with some used rims (one chewed up), didn't replace all the lug nut caps, and they couldn't locate the key when we went to pick up the vehicle. Had to come back 2 days later.

Terrible. I came in to get my ac checked and my windshield wiper/washer light was on even though both windshield wipers work and washer fluid is full and dispersing just fine. I asked for an estimate before anything was done. AC estimate was $387, windshield wiper/washer $250. I declined and ran it by a trusted mechanic shop my husband uses. Cost me AC $80, and $0 for wiper. (light on but everything works). Dealer also tried to charge for diagnostic...no sign of dye was even detected. 0 Stars!

Shady and desperate. Not once could I get them to tell me what the price is on the car. Im sure its an outrageous number and they are exactly why people hate dealerships and dirty salesmen. Just hope the title is listed correctly - branded as a fleet vehicle and not washed.
I dont even want to think about it smh.

I did not receive my 20,000 service at no cost - it was suppose to include cabin filter than they had the gall to try to sell me a 20,000 mile service for $389
