This dealership sold me a used car with a rebuilt title without telling me. This information was clearly listed in the government title registery (NMVTIS), which the dealership failed to identify until I went to sell the car 3 years later. To make matters worse, when I called them to try to resolve the situation, the used car manager took no responsibility for his actions, continuously interrupting me, talking over me, and gaslighting me. They claimed this wasn't their fault or their problem, even though they sold a car with... read more
This is the worst dealership experience I have ever had in my life. I want to start by saying I have given the dealership over a month now to respond to texts and calls. Dejon Yarbrough initially was helpful and has now become non-responsive. I purchased my 2025 Outback Wilderness in Chicago in February and relocated here to Phoenix. I brought my car in for the first 6,000 scheduled maintenance. My car was returned to me with oil or some foreign substance all over the fender, front grill, my car smelling like gas inside, tir... read more
Yikes! ! This dealership is unprofessional at best and a total nightmare to do business with 😱👎. I recently purchased a used vehicle from them in March 2024, and they totally messed up delivery 🤦♀️. I'm so angry. They caused damage to my vehicle during a storm and didn't even tell me! 😡 The delivery drivers damaged their own vehicle too, and they only offered to zip tie mine back together?! 🤯 I paid them over $17k! I called Subaru of America for help, and their customer advocacy department is awesome! They covered the ... read more
Do not recommend, the dealership tries to high ball you and insult your intelligence! Go to another Subaru dealership!
Call center miscommunication caused me to drive 50 miles round trip during morning rush hour for a service appointment that did not happen. I received an apology. The right thing to do is to make it right with the customer to keep their business. I typically own Honda and Toyota vehicles because they are reliable and have good value. During a weak moment I decided to give Subaru a try. Huge regrets based on this experience. Back to the more customer-centric Honda and Toyota products.
Kaden is a very pushy and hounding salesman. He's the reason I wouldn't even consider going in to check out the car I inquired about. Calls, texts, emails... He wouldn't stop. I bought a car from another dealer, and he STILL wouldn't leave me alone. Ended up blocking his texts and emails. You don't gain customers by annoying the crap out of them.
I brought my 2017 Subaru BRZ to Camelback Subaru for a service appointment on December 22, 2002 to change the oil and rotate the tires. The technician working on my vehicle gouged three of the four aftermarket wheels on my car with the impact wrench. I emailed and called the service manager on multiple occasions regarding the damage, and I did not receive one single solitary response or even acknowledgment.
I’ve run into an issue with the vehicle registration and licensing, and I’m getting the run-around. Long story short, I’ve been charged the $571 that I’m supposed to be exempt from paying because I’m a disabled veteran with a rating of 100% from the VA. ADOT/DMV has told me to go back to the dealer to fix the issue.
All that matters is by the end I didn’t walk away (drive away) with a white crosstrek
