Do not go to this Subaru location. If you’re looking for a Subaru go to a different location. The person you would be signing paperwork with, Tully Keane, will rob you. There is no accountability here. And god forbid you ever need to contact them to uphold their side of the contract, you will never hear back from them. Don’t even bother showing up to this dealership. If anything just use them for a test drive if you want, but when it comes to the purchase or the lease, take their quote and go somewhere else.
Sales person Caleb Peters was OUTSTANDING!! Total follow through. Can't say that about the finance and management departments. The general manager Regina Hale non communicative. Sent her an email.. not even a reply.
Extremely disappointed in the customer service at this dealership.. We will never go back for services. We did not deal with the sales department but the service department was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. We will only use Peoria Subaru from here on out
I was lied a few times. The dealership has sleazy sales managers and salesman. My family and I will never do business with this dealership again; we are moving to Chandler.
I see I am the first one having a negative review. Happy that most of you had a pleasant experience. But nevertheless I had a complete bad experience working with sales. Zaktek paint and interior warranty was slipped into our financing (for our 10 year old used car) without telling us it was optional. The paperwork has a section (below the area we were instructed to sign) that says "Zaktek is NOT a requirement for the purchase of this vehicle." This was not communicated or shown to us. When we spoke to the finance manager about it the following business day, he said that all of their cars had this warranty and it was not optional and we would have to pay for it regardless. Not my favorite of reps. Pushy and rude via emails. Told him I what I wanted, said that I was making an out of state purchase. Wanted to give him my business but he wouldn't produce car sheets, just kept saying to come down.
Truly has a very bad financial service. Protect and take care you money . VW is giving to us(Martin) a terrible service. 5 months later they want to get more money of my new leasing car. Buying a Subaru Crosstrek Overall the process was better than many I have completed over the past 50 years. The sales team (Tim and Ivan) was terrific and enjoyed working with them both.
