I've taken my car to this dealership for service since I bought it back on 2016. It is out of my way, but I don't mind the 20+ minute drive. It is more expensive than using a regular shop, but I've always liked the service, even after a few minor incidents, which they always made right. This time, I don't think I can go back to them for service. I made an appointment for 01/13 at 2:30PM. I had a few things that needed to be repaired, so they told me to bring it back the next day, since they would need it all day. It was unde... read more

I was lied to about the warranty, which I asked about to 2 different people including the sales person, Kaden. He lied about the tire, the SOS, etc. etc. The car is a LEMON. Once the paperwork was signed the sales person, Kaden, would answer all of my car related questions with: "I don't know". This is my first car since 2004 and this has been the worst experience. They refuse to provide their legal team information and transfer me to Kia. Maybe I should have bought my car there.

Poor customer experience! Emailed, texted and called upfront and made an appointment for test drive. When we arrived they were ill prepared for our appointment. Took over 30 minutes before test drive and the 1st car looked like it had just come off a junk yard lot! Clearly had been in an accident. When we did find an acceptable car, they tried to justify charging 3k over fair market price. When we explained we would not pay the exorbitant price, the sales Manager Kory outright lied stating it wouldn't meet a bank loan minimu... read more

Truly shocking experience… not in a good way. We were enticed to visit from a deal posted on their website. After we got to taking price about a car that “qualified” the the posted deal, they gave us a price that was *3 times* more expensive per month. This was because they added nearly $8000 dollars in extra dealer fees and add-ons (not tax and doc-fees). They actually tried to assure us that all of these “dealer options” were *standard* for all cars they sell, and would *say* that they don’t play games or mark-up cars. How... read more

Configured deal online for a specific car. Shared numerous text, emails and even a phone call with the sales manager and salesman. Made it very clear I was only interested in that particular car. Drove an hour round trip to get there and find out they didn’t have it. Apparently the shady car salesman is alive and well in Arizona!

I would give this dealership a 0 star rating, if possible. After my mother negotiated a deal for a new Ascent with a $1,000 deposit and signed contract (exact VIN# included), a dealership representative (Frank Galtieri) called and said the price had changed/increased by $4,000. We were on the road for 2 hours to Phoenix, ON THE WAY to pick up the new car, when Frank called and said we could pay full MSRP for the vehicle or the contract was being voided by Camelback. When we questioned the reason, we were told to drive safely... read more

DON'T buy from this dealership! I had a written contract to buy an Ascent from them at VIP pricing, complete with the VIN # of the car I was to buy. They took $1000 deposit to hold that car. As I was driving all the way from Tucson to buy it, I received a call from a very rude man named Frank Galtieri. He informed me that he was canceling the contract. When I questioned his ability to do that, he began yelling at me, interrupting me, and hung up on me. He was condescending and ever so self important as he was treating me lik... read more

The absolute worst experience ever. I went down there to look at a Nissan Sentra. Never did get to look at it. The showed me a Toyota Corolla 2012. It looked ok at first glance, but my check engine light and another light came on the day after I purchased it. I took it back down there. They said they fixed it, but check engine came in again a day or two later. Had Autozone run diagnostic on it. Said cylinders was mis-firing. Took it back down there again. Asked them to fix injector and squeaky brakes. After having it gor a w... read more
