Oil change They have you set an appointment for what purpose I'm not sure. I set my oil change for 730am find a bay full of cars. No problem I figure I have an appointment. Wrong!!!! Service guy say they have to set an appointment every 15 minutes. Really? Then why do that to your customers. If you can't serve your customers using your appointment schedule, then why have it. Camelback Toyota does not use genuine Toyota parts I was shocked to find this dealer does not install genuine Toyota parts and also uses third-party vendors (AZ Sun Tops in my case) to perform work. Buyer beware- when the parts, which are not covered by Toyota fail the dealership does not warranty or perform the repair. You are then left dealing with the third-party vendor yourself. Here is a summary of Camelback Toyota several offers of resolution: the third party vendor went to customer home twice, no problems found with back up sensors, they offered to replace existing unit with brand new unit. Customer declined. 2nd offer, camelback Toyota offered full refund to customer, but told customer we would remove unit to offer him full refund, he declined. CERTIFYING A VEHICLE WITH PROBLEMS AND NOT FIXING IT!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM CAMELBACK TOYOTA!!!Bought a certified lifted truck took it home and noticed it had suspension problems.Took it back and they told me it was because of the lift they couldn't do anything for me.How can you certify a vehicle with problems and not fix it!!!

Bait and switch!!!!!! These guys are so shady. I went in to buy a used car knowing that my credit wasn't the best. They told me everything was approved. A few days later, actually over a week later, they called me and told me to come in to sign a paperwork. When I got there they told me that I needed more money down and my payment was going up. CLASSIC bait and switch, but I needed a car, what was i going todo. Bottom line don't shop there unless you want to be scammed.
Internet Sales Dept is a Joke I was working with Doreen Fischer originally back in Jan. As far as online email correspondence it was spotty at best. She was very receptive at first and then became less and less receptive. I would email her and it would take days to get a response. Not truthful I purchased a used car from this dealership. All they care about it getting the sale! They will say anything to get the sale! If one person does not work, they shift to another. I did purchase a car from them in spite of the riffraff. The very worst part of the deal was when I got to the financing department. I had a lengthy conversation with the person who worked with me about how I did not want my credit ran more than once. He understood and promised that this would not happen. Warrenty Recall notice and no one cares! I received a warranty recall from Toyota for my 2005 Tacoma rear suspension. I took my truck into Camelback Toyota on May 9, 2016 and my Service Advisor, David Marentes, informed me that they would have to replace the rear leaf springs and the replacement parts were ordered and would be there in 10 days. Deny the offer that THEY made If I can give them 0 star, I would, to the boss of Spencer, the salesperson, who I think his name is John that denied the offer that he made. In the beginning, I also made an offer of paying $395 a month for 60 months with $0 down payment and 0% interest. Couldn't diagnose a bad battery I took my vehicle which is under warranty to this dealership because it required a jump start. They spent 2 minutes looking at the vehicle and blamed us for the battery being dead and said it was fine. The next day my wife and 3 kids were stranded in 100 plus degree heat because the battery was dead again. I called the service department and they told me it would be 2-3 days till they could replace the battery (are you kidding me a battery take 5 minutes).
