10K Mile service visit Excellent service team! I purchased my Tundra at Camelback. It's been a very positive experience and this dealership demonstrates professionalism and excellent customer support in sales and service. I have lived all over the country always having owned Toyota's and it gives me great peace of mind to know that I have found a dealership that takes great care of my vehicle.

Worst experience ever. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.. I was in the market for a new Highlander after driving one for 11.5 yrs and making the mistake of trading “up” to an Acura MDX. Poor service and bad workmanship I arrived for my appointment a little early today and service advisor Carl Litner said it would take 2 hours for the recall work and the oil change I'd scheduled for my Tundra. I asked him to call me when finished. At 2 hrs and 15 min I went looking for Carl to see how much more time would be needed but he was nowhere to be found. Overall Disappointment Kim McKay was defensive. John O'malley was very unhelpful. and Ross Ehler had not interest in helping with the issue at hand with the contract. July 9, 2014 at 5:00pm my meeting with John O'malley and his attorney. The one thing I will always remember about this dealership is when John O'malley asked me what I wanted. Scion iQ Buyer Selected a pre-owned Scion iQ at Camelback Toyota Scion. Sales people were friendly and not pushy. However, during the paperwork they switched the Buyers Guide on us. The Buyers Guide identifies either an Implied Warranty or Full/Limited Warranty. The Guide (printed by the dealer) in the vehicle was clearly marked in the Full/Limited box. I purchased a new RAV 4 on 2/17/14. During the sale everyone was very friendly and I heard the phrase " we appreciate your business..we pride ourselves on customer service after the sale". I have been trying to speak with the general manager for nearly a week now to no avail about an issue I have with the sale. Purchased and subsequently returned a Toyota Tacoma to this dealership. The staff requested to renegotiate the terms of the sale approximately four weeks after the initial purchase based on the counteroffer from the lender. This opened the door to renegotiate the entire deal since the original deal was null. However, the staff held firm on the stance that the deal would be negotiated on their own terms without disclosing the lender's counteroffer. When I went to Toyota Camelback, I committed a big mistake. I was to naive and I didn't do any research. As a women, the sales team took advantage of me, I'm a single mom and the deal I got was a rip off!! The car I bought is a used 2011 corolla with 35,000 and I paid 21,037 When I check the real price, I couldn't believe it! the real value of that car is 11,000, one coworker got a Toyota corolla 2013 for 19,000 and with 0 miles, He is a guy and He shop around before.
