Was told to reach out to her after a negative experience, I emailed her a thoughtful and detailed explanation to pass along to the GM, never received any confirmation or follow-up. When I called to ask to speak the GM I got the tired lies of he was in a meeting and was refused to be sent to voicemail.

Shady, I purchased a 2017 BMW X3, from them in Shady, I purchased a 2017 BMW X3, from them in October, 2019. Before I drove the car home they went through every item the car had: Apple Car Play, Navigation, Sirius Radio, Napa Leather and Run Flat Tires. He highlighted it on my equipment list. Everything highlighted and discussed was true, but they lied about the run flat tires. They installed inexpensive regular tires, no place for a spare in a BMW. I contacted this dealership on a Sunday afternoon about a 2019 4x4 Chevy truck they advertised on Autotrader and spoke to Amanda in the internet department. I live more than 80 miles from the dealership so I made an appointment to come in as soon as they opened on Monday morning with intent to purchase that vehicle. Amanda promised to call me if anyone showed up before closing Sunday wanting to purchase that truck. She gave no option to place a deposit. The worst dealership I’ve ever been to. Had the keys credit ran offer signed and they sold the car to someone else that came in after us. Worst business practice in all of Arizona

Had my truck towed in on Monday morning for new tire. Called Tuesday 3 times and receptionist and service team could not locate truck and told me it wasn't there. Had to track down the tow truck driver who swore up and down that he dropped it off at the service department at this location. Called back again on Wednesday to find out after being on hold that the truck was there and the service manager would call me later that day. BUYERS BEWARE! Add ons, taxes, doc fees .....overall dishonest business. We had high hopes for Camelback Toyota. The Toyota Sienna we looked at had a listed selling price of $19,923. Not only did they calculate our sales tax based on the "Suggested Retail" ($23,988) price off the vehicle, they added $1500 total in "fees" and "options" and were unwilling to clarify the calculations. Make sure you ask ALL the right questions. Or avoid Camelback Toyota all together.

I bought a car at Camelback Toyota this week and cannot say that it was the no pressure environment. It was actually the opposite. I was kept there 6 hrs trying bit to be ripped off. We finally came to a deal but I cannot say I would use them again. It was disappointing to say the least. I was kept waiting for a very long time. I should have just left and gone to another dealership. I did want a Toyota but not the hassle. I won't be back there for service.

Terrible experience overall The first day I dealt with a great sales trainee, but we couldn't get to a price I could agree to. As I was leaving, a different aggressive salesman chased after me and try to undersell the other in front of me. After a day of going back and forth on financing options, I agreed to buy a brand new Tacoma with a sales manager who told me he would send it to detailing for my arrival 30 minutes later, they put me in a cube and made me wait. I had an appointment to get a change of oil on 12-27-19 at 1:30. My appointment was apparently with the guy named Robert. He doesn’t change oil he just oversees things I guess. I came little early, so an hour into it came to ask him how much longer; he was a bit rude and he was trying to tell me because I have a truck it takes longer. So I am still seating in the lobby and waiting, appearently another hour. You should not have an option to make an appointment if you can’t satisfy the time.
