Not truthful I purchased a used car from this dealership. All they care about it getting the sale! They will say anything to get the sale! If one person does not work, they shift to another. I did purchase a car from them in spite of the riffraff. The very worst part of the deal was when I got to the financing department. Warrenty Recall notice and no one cares! I received a warranty recall from Toyota for my 2005 Tacoma rear suspension. I took my truck into Camelback Toyota on May 9, 2016 and my Service Advisor, David Marentes, informed me that they would have to replace the rear leaf springs and the replacement parts were ordered and would be there in 10 days. Deny the offer that THEY made If I can give them 0 star, I would, to the boss of Spencer, the salesperson, who I think his name is John that denied the offer that he made. In the beginning, I also made an offer of paying $395 a month for 60 months with $0 down payment and 0% interest. Couldn't diagnose a bad battery I took my vehicle which is under warranty to this dealership because it required a jump start. They spent 2 minutes looking at the vehicle and blamed us for the battery being dead and said it was fine. The next day my wife and 3 kids were stranded in 100 plus degree heat because the battery was dead again. I called the service department and they told me it would be 2-3 days till they could replace the battery (are you kidding me a battery take 5 minutes). Poor service and bad workmanship I arrived for my appointment a little early today and service advisor Carl Litner said it would take 2 hours for the recall work and the oil change I'd scheduled for my Tundra. I asked him to call me when finished. At 2 hrs and 15 min I went looking for Carl to see how much more time would be needed but he was nowhere to be found. Overall Disappointment Kim McKay was defensive. John O'malley was very unhelpful. and Ross Ehler had not interest in helping with the issue at hand with the contract. Scion iQ Buyer Selected a pre-owned Scion iQ at Camelback Toyota Scion. Sales people were friendly and not pushy. However, during the paperwork they switched the Buyers Guide on us. The Buyers Guide identifies either an Implied Warranty or Full/Limited Warranty. The Guide (printed by the dealer) in the vehicle was clearly marked in the Full/Limited box.
