2020 Rav4 The salesman was professional and polite but I don't recommend using the online Dashboard, it was a waste of my time as I spent 4 hours at the dealership and no person even acknowledge the fact that it was done.

Never Experienced Anything Like That After communicating with Rianna for 3 days, we set-up an appointment for 10AM on Sunday to look at a certified pre-owned Toyota Camry . RIPPED ME OFF TWICE NOW IN 3 MONTHS TO OVER $1000!! The first time I took my vehicle in it was regarding a key issue that was covered by a extra service agreement I had purchased when I bought my vehicle. Well they told me that it wasn't the key issue but rather it was a gas issue. My vehicle had run just fine on this same tank of gas I had purchased a wk prior perfectly fine UNTIL the key issue. TREATED LIKE CRAP AND OVERCHARGED AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! THANKS FOR WASTING 5+ HOURS OF MY TIME EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Lack of integrity We visited the dealership to see if we really wanted to buy the model we had in mind. Duarte was very helpful. Later we used an internet car buying service to look for that model. Camelback Toyota was one of 2 or 3 that responded. Their quoted price included "Total Dealer Fees & Accessories". On contacting Duarte, he quoted a price that was $200 over the internet price. They would rather forfeit a sale than let up on tactics I started working with Barry Fox, as part of the Costco Auto Program, and said I was a Gen X'er with a Millennial sensibility; meaning, I wanted email only, to have it be as straight-forward and easy as possible. These clowns are frauds. Stay away!!!!! Do jot attempt to buy a car here they switch documents they sont atick by their word their customer service is horrible. Bad experience I was trying to buy a Tundra from Camelback Toyota. After they sold the tundra that was approved for me from TFS, they said they don’t have nothing to offer me. I had to go to another dealer “RightToyjta”, I bought my tundra from that dealer, fast and easy. But Camelback refuse to gave me a good and polite sales service. Thanks to dealer like Camelback, other dealer growing up faster. Camelback Toyota was playing the game with the price and with my deal .

Meh... Could've been better My Salesperson: Was just there today (10/8/17) - Feisal was great! - very patient, friendly, and low pressure! As soon as I decide which of the 3 cars (I Drove 3) to purchase I will be going back to Feisal!! The past 3 months I have done tons of research and test driving and hoped that once I drove those cars there would be a delineating factor making a purchase decision easy - it wasn't.
