Try to buy a Sienna thru' the Internet Sale Department. Initial email was fast, and got a selling price quote of a 2010 Sienna, which is slightly more that other dealers, but other dealers did not have any in stock. I emailed back and asked for Out The Door (OTD) cost but did not an reply. I called next day, and found out the "selling" price did not include the dealer add-on (paint sealant, tinted windows, pin-strip, tire lock, etc), and was told every car has this, and cannot be removed. Every time I take my car into this dealership for service, they try to sell my services that I do not need. One time it is an allignment and next time mysteriously I no longer need an alligment. Next two times it is fuel injection cleaning at 25,000 miles and 30,000 Although they are very convenient to work, I will never go there again. My spouse and I went to the dealer to test drive two cars. One was the Rav4 and the other the FJ. We were promptly greeted by the salesman who was polite and accommodating. We told him we were not buying today and were only here to look. When we went for our test drives, most of the questions we asked were not answered. He was more interested in having us "punch" the gas, and tell us personal information about himself. There was no proactive interaction during the drive. I finally found the car I've been searching for for a LONG time and with this price! I was overjoyed. I e-mailed Camelback Toyota right away to inquire if this Saturn SW2 was still available and I was told it was - Spoke with Lee Sandra all week and we made arrangements to meet and to buy this car. No class what so ever!!! They people I dealt with were high pressure, unprofessional, no customer service skills at all, I don't Understand they have the highest number of reviews of all the dealers in town and yet why THEY are STILL IN BUSINESS is beyond me!!!! next time I will take my business somewhere else. The sales representative changed the vehicle cost at least 3 times before we went in to purchase it. The experience was a stereotype obnoxious car sales deal. This is the first and last time I will do business with the sales department. The service department appears to be OK.

Old school, very high pressure salespeople but with the added twist of being flat out dishonest and deceptive. Borderline illegal sales and financing tactics. I can't believe places like this are still in business. I ended up leasing from them but now greatly regret it. They added on options and charges I never approved and it took multiple visits to get them to fix it. At first they claimed to refund the money but just raised the interest rate (without telling me) so I ended up paying nearly the same amount. I finally got t... read more

I told the sales person when I first met him that I was not going to buy a car today. I told him at least 15 times that I would not drive off the lot with a car. I wanted to know what they had in stock, what the prices were, and what specials they had. He told me he wasn't a "regular" car salesman, and he wouldn't "pressure sell" me. Went to purchase a 2008 Toyota FJ Crusier 4x4. Unfortunately, they were not able to meet advertised sale amount. They would meet it for the 4x2. There was discussions of additional(hidden) fees for the tint, paint protection, etc. which was not displayed on the vehicle. Felt we were truly dealing with the sterotypical car salesman and shady dealings and being misled.
