The absolute worst service I have ever received. My son originally took his car to the dealership for service back in November for an oil change and tire rotation. Fast forward to January, three of the tire lug nuts fell off while he was driving, thankfully the other two was still in place to avoid the tire from completely being removed (see pic). I purchased a used SUV from Camelback VW/Subaru this week. The staff was professional & my experience STARTED out good, but overall I am very dissatisfied with the whole buying experience at this dealership. During the test drive I discovered there was something wrong with the 3rd row seat that would not go down flat. Awful quality control. Didn’t replace my coolant cap after service. Tools left under the hood. Suggested replacement parts without looking at them (brand new part). Suggested replacement of serviceable parts, at significant expense.

Buyer Beware ( I would leave a ZERO if I could; not a choice) After a diligent online and telephone search, Camelback VW quoted the best price for a new car we planned to buy. Lies and deceptive practices I would steer clear until he’s gone. Was confronted with the facts multiple times and kept skirting around it. Wasting his employees time and mine as well.
Terrible experience with Steven Porter and VW Camelback.Would never recommend anyone to go to this store.Steven Porter,besides his arrogance and ignorance,does not poses any skills.From the done deal he brought me to a no deal after month and half of lying and ignoring my phone calls.Wishing him best of luck in his life but this person does not deserve to represent VW and specially not to be a general manager.
I usually don't do this but I feel like I had to share. I went up thinking that I was going to be able to either one turn in my lease or get into another vehicle. The only reason I went there was because I was told numerous times they could do it no problem, within 10 minutes of getting there we were being pulled into double payments and vehicles we had no interest in. I've purchased two vehicle from this dealership and never will again. I will also be spreading the word about how unfriendly thier staff is. Toni at thier service desk was the ruddest person I've ever dealt with.
Toni from service is the ruddest person I've ever had to deal with. She made my total experience at Camelback Subaru horrible. I've purchased two vehicles from them, and will never again. I'll also be spreading the word of how unfriendly their employees are.
