Purchased a 22 vw atlas se with tech 60k miles and a 3 year warranty traded them my 2018 Audi q5 on march 27th and by the 30th I had messaged them about multiple issues from mechanical defects to electrical defects to engine flooding with liquid noise also a thick layer of dirt and debris in my engine all not how I bought the car lots of failures on this car. It look 4 hours before my car was even looked at. This happens often when bringing my car in for service. Why even make an appointment? One time, it was even kept overnight before looking at when making an afternoon appointment. You dont offer a loaner and only a one time $10 lyft voucher. This is very frustrating. Keep to the appointment time. Why have 7 or 8am appointment slots when techs dont come in until 9? Slow, non listening, terrible communication, didn't fix everything. I asked them to replace the fuel pump and the relay they did neither!
We have had an ongoing issue with our car and they refuse to even try and help.
Got 54k mile service, coolant and windshield wiper fluid not topped off , wasn't told about o ring needing to be fixed asked about 10 times for my tires to NOT be rotated as they're brand new and they were. Was lied to for two years about how my car works and two dealerships confirmed it's not how it works crooks and thief's work there

I have been reading the reviews and I wish I had before I bought my 2023 Taos there. I have had nothing but trouble with it and believe all the 1 star reviews for the service department. My car barely has 10,000 miles on it, my infotainment system hasn’t worked for about a year. Camelback Volkswagen sold me a car with a misfiring engine and a hood that flaps up on the freeway. My car failed the week after my first car payment. I brought it in for repair as directed by the salesperson who sold me the car, Kevin. I paid $160 for a diagnostic and was sent to another dealership with my broken car because they couldn’t fix it. One word…HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. This service department is the absolute worst. 2 times we’ve brought it in and 2 times we have had to bring it back for issues. The first time they neglected to add blue and this time after flushing our coolant we got a low coolant warning while driving the next day. When I called in iI was told “maybe you should think about buying a new car.” Our Passat only has 130,000 miles. What the actual xxxx. Give me a new car maybe? Ridiculous
