This dealership is so awful. I have owned a vW for 16 years. They constantly pulling tricks and insulting me while attempting to buy a car. I walked away and the next night bought the exact same car for 5k less. The word used cars salesmen for this dealership to a t. If you want to overpay and be treated like trash, this is the place for you. I have purchased from 3 other VW dealers and none of them act like this one. Stay clear.
Should have read these reviews first before purchasing. As soon as you purchase a car they literally don't care about their customers. Purchased a new Tiguan 3 weeks ago, had a screw in my tire that couldn't be plugged, tried selling me a tire on a 3 week old car. They loved putting their "deal add on's" to purchase price but didn't warranty the tires? It's a $20 lifetime warranty from Discount Tire and they had zero problems up charging me for window tint but something I may actually need isn't covered. No sympathy at a... read more
