I don't recommend this dealer for anything. I have a 2007 vw Passat one day it stopped working because of the fuel controle module. Luckily the week after I got a recall letter over that exact thing. I took the car right away in a tow truck on a Friday, they said they had to order the part and the car would be finished on a Wednesday. The car lasted there a whole month and didn't receive no call so I went and they told me "oh yeah your car is done but it still don't run". Unethical. They don't honor truecar offers. I liked a car I saw at their dealership with the excessive Zaktek fees so i decided to go through truecar.com and avoid the crazy negotiations. This dealer is a certified truecar dealership and they're supposed to honor the offers made through this method. I got the real cost of the car (3k less) and then received the offer letter from the dealership. I emailed them and they confirmed is the same VIN, same car I looked at.
