Call center miscommunication caused me to drive 50 miles round trip during morning rush hour for a service appointment that did not happen. I received an apology. The right thing to do is to make it right with the customer to keep their business. I typically own Honda and Toyota vehicles because they are reliable and have good value. During a weak moment I decided to give Subaru a try. Huge regrets based on this experience. Back to the more customer-centric Honda and Toyota products.

Kaden is a very pushy and hounding salesman. He's the reason I wouldn't even consider going in to check out the car I inquired about. Calls, texts, emails... He wouldn't stop. I bought a car from another dealer, and he STILL wouldn't leave me alone. Ended up blocking his texts and emails. You don't gain customers by annoying the crap out of them.

I brought my 2017 Subaru BRZ to Camelback Subaru for a service appointment on December 22, 2002 to change the oil and rotate the tires. The technician working on my vehicle gouged three of the four aftermarket wheels on my car with the impact wrench. I emailed and called the service manager on multiple occasions regarding the damage, and I did not receive one single solitary response or even acknowledgment.

I’ve run into an issue with the vehicle registration and licensing, and I’m getting the run-around. Long story short, I’ve been charged the $571 that I’m supposed to be exempt from paying because I’m a disabled veteran with a rating of 100% from the VA. ADOT/DMV has told me to go back to the dealer to fix the issue.

Lies and deceptive practices I would steer clear until he’s gone. Was confronted with the facts multiple times and kept skirting around it. Wasting his employees time and mine as well.

Was supposed to have appt with Anthony and was pawned off toMaury. NOBODY paid attention to our previous stated max of 30k in several emails and texts.

I've taken my car to this dealership for service since I bought it back on 2016. It is out of my way, but I don't mind the 20+ minute drive. It is more expensive than using a regular shop, but I've always liked the service, even after a few minor incidents, which they always made right. This time, I don't think I can go back to them for service. I made an appointment for 01/13 at 2:30PM. I had a few things that needed to be repaired, so they told me to bring it back the next day, since they would need it all day. It was unde... read more

Terrible experience with Steven Porter and VW Camelback.Would never recommend anyone to go to this store.Steven Porter, besides his arrogance and ignorance, does not poses any skills. From the done deal he brought me to a no deal after month and half of lying and ignoring my phone calls.Wishing him best of luck in his life but this person does not deserve to represent VW and specially not to be a general manager.

I was lied to about the warranty, which I asked about to 2 different people including the sales person, Kaden. He lied about the tire, the SOS, etc. etc. The car is a LEMON. Once the paperwork was signed the sales person, Kaden, would answer all of my car related questions with: "I don't know". This is my first car since 2004 and this has been the worst experience. They refuse to provide their legal team information and transfer me to Kia. Maybe I should have bought my car there.
