I had addressed a master association problem with the kids playground, not really expecting it to be resolved As they have the four association set up, which causes more issues than it fixes. But Shellee Solomons and Gayle Kurtzner addressed the issue immediately. Any questions and concerns I've ever had, I never hesitate to contact them as they've always been helpful.
Fantastic property management company....would say the best in Florida and I’ve worked with many of them. Managers are fantastic as is the work performed by the maintenance and cleaning staff. Would recommend to anyone!

Robin Dimitrakis has been our property manager for several years at Floral Lakes. Our community is extremely lucky to have Robin. She is a top-notch manager. She is very professional, knowledgeable, uses her time efficiently, makes good decisions and keeps the Board of Governors aware of situations requiring timely attention.
