Our property manager, Brenda Kettwig, is doing a tremendous job for us at Gardens North Condominium Association. She finished up our paving project, is in the midst of finalizing the planting of the trees that we lost after Hurricane Irma, and she is getting ready to send out for painting bids for painting all 67 of our buildings later this year. She works cheerfully with our residents to help solve their problems. Thank you, Brenda.
I would like to commend Tish Henry who works in the office. While I was a resident and board member, she kept me informed of our building's financials. After I moved away, my pleas for a refund of an automatic withdrawal seemed to fall on deaf ears. Leave it to Tish; she took care of everything and I received my refund; thank you Tish, very much.

We have had Campbell Property Management as our property manager for the last ten years. Prior to hiring them, we had a revolving door of property managers. We are very pleased with CPM and our individual property manager particularly. I want to shout out Mark Graham at Campbell Property Management. He has really helped with our new purchase at Palm Aire Royal Point B. He is friendly, helpful and very prompt. As a new owner and not always aware of the condo rules on getting things repaired he has been a god-send and very forgiving considering my lack of knowledge of the steps to get things done.
