We had a property management company (APM) in our community for over 30 years and they were terrible, but the older homeowners didn't want to change companies. When we finally did a few years ago and hired Campbell the difference has been so positive. I have friends and family come visit me and cannot believe how different our community looks now. My property manager Wayne always picks up his phone in the past property managers were never available or they did not pick up the phone I had two issues that he took care of immediately. He is very attentive and gets the job done . But mostly he picks up the phone when you call . Thank you Wayne

In addition to being helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable about my present problem with the air conditioning system in my unit, despite being extremely busy, she quickly returned my phone calls and responded to my concerns after the recent storm as I have not been in my unit for some time before the storm or since.
