Hello, I have served on community BOD’s in almost every community I’ve lived in since 1981 and many times it can be a real chore and a thankless job, however serving on our community HOA with Steve Russo as our property Mgr I have an honest and knowledgeable professional to work with and that makes all the difference. Great management company. Wayne Sears is amazing. We had a few issues in Tuscany and was so fast in responding and getting everything scheduled and done.
Wayne was great, very helpful! My emails get answered in a matter of minutes. Before moving in our roof needed to be fixed and he had everything arranged and completed on schedule.
Service and management has been very good. Great improvements at Cocobay. Karey is helpful.
