Compliments to the Staff of Campbell Property at their Tamarac location, especially our Property Manager, Karey Raubenheimer, Herma Sunanon and Tish Henry. They are always on top of things and their timely responses are top notch. Only complaint we seem to constantly hear from our homeowners is calls aren't always returned and although we suggest e-mail, not everyone uses it. If this could be corrected, possibly by having a phone system where receptionist could forward the call to the proper person, would definitely give ... read more

Our property Manager, Wayne Sears, has been amazing from the beginning! He is very responsive to the Owners and communicates and works well with the Board. He has spent a lot of time on site, getting to know Hidden Harbor and its’ Owners, as well as supervising many improvements and ongoing projects. He has had excellent support from other Campbell staff including Brad, Kelly, & Sam. We are very satisfied at our one year anniversary.

Our family has lived in so many places and I am pleased to report that the service provided by Campbell Property Mgmt. is the best we have experienced. Our property team, led by Nadia Dewar, is top notch. Nadia is aware of everything that is going on and proactive in terms of directing efforts to make the most efficient use of the resources available. I am so grateful to the staff at Watercrest in Parkland. Specifically, Nadia and Shella who are also so helpful and professional. They both stayed on top of all necessary preparations in advance of the storm and were able to quickly answer any questions or concerns we had. They do an amazing job!

I have worked with numerous property management companies and Campbell is by far the best I have ever worked with. Our point of contact is Donna Labombarda and she is not only knowledgeable and helpful but but a genuinely nice person. We consider it a privilege to have her included on our team.

I would like to commend our property manager at Tropic Bay, JoAnn Borderlon, for her leadership throughout Hurricane Irma. JoAnn went above and beyond to help those of us who had special needs. She is a great communicator who promptly returns phone calls and answers e-mails. A great problem solver! Thanks so much for your help.
