Our property manager is Heidi Womack. She provided the most efficient help after the hurricane that anyone could expect. She was so well organized, efficient and courteous, we just have to share it publicly. Instead of being overwhelmed and overworked, she was on top of every request. It's not often these days that people have Heidi's qualities. She deserves special recognition for the very best response during a most difficult time. Many thanks to our manager, Patti Patron, who tirelessly handled the preparations for our neighborhood in response to hurricane Irma. After the storm, she was out here the next day coordinating efforts to clean up debris and access damage. Patti did an excellent job handling the storm and keeping the board informed throughout.
Our building manager Martin Abrams went above and beyond during the hurricane Irma. Words can't explain how important his leadership meant to our building Toscana North.
RE: Hurricane Irma. Our property manager, M. Abrams, went above and beyond what was expected to protect our property and residents. Giving up his vacation, he stayed on site throughout the hurricane. When flooding intrusion into our lobby began, he went out, in the rain and wind, to manually clear the drains. Many residents were unable to evacuate.
