Many thanks to our manager, Patti Patron, who tirelessly handled the preparations for our neighborhood in response to hurricane Irma. After the storm, she was out here the next day coordinating efforts to clean up debris and access damage. Patti did an excellent job handling the storm and keeping the board informed throughout.
Our building manager Martin Abrams went above and beyond during the hurricane Irma. Words can't explain how important his leadership meant to our building Toscana North.
RE: Hurricane Irma. Our property manager, M. Abrams, went above and beyond what was expected to protect our property and residents. Giving up his vacation, he stayed on site throughout the hurricane. When flooding intrusion into our lobby began, he went out, in the rain and wind, to manually clear the drains. Many residents were unable to evacuate. Gayle was a rock during the storm, totally informative through it all. We were all in good hands with her taking charge and keeping us in the know. Greatful to have her as a neighbor as well!
Today the group was on my street cleaning up after Irma. At least 8 people with rakes bags etc getting the yard back into normal shape. Wonderful job . Thanks so much

Kevin and I are beyond pleased at the attention and dedication of the staff here at Floral Lakes-prior, during and after Hurricane Irma. This is actually a daily work ethic we observe between Robin, Alan, Carlos, Harrad, Werner and all the boys who put their blood sweat and tears into their compassion for their job.
