Campbell Management mainly Lisa Teets has been excellent to work with. Lisa responds to correspondence, telephone calls, problems, etc. in a quick and efficient manner. She is always there to resolve any problems or concerns that may arise. She is hard working, very intelligent, a great problems solver and always very effective in everything she does. Her prompt attention to all issues makes her a great asset to the Campbell Management team.
We at Clairmont in Kings Point have the very best management company. We have Donna our manager who is the best, she is always helping us with her smile and beauty to solve any problems that might come up she is very knowledgeable about condo rules and regulations. And where would we be without George our maintenance man, always available and always helping our condo owners with any problems they have. Wow wow what a great company Campbell is. Why all of KINGS POINT DON'T HAVE THEM I cannot understand, Shame on them.

As an original resident of the community I'm so pleased that it has maintained its beautiful cosmetic appearance and the quality of Customer service has excelled under Campbell leadership . Since Donna Labombarda has become our property manager of inc. 3, I have a much more positive attitude of Campbell property management. I find her easy to talk to and she gets to the bottom of issues quickly. I recognize that it isn't easy to deal with the many entities in a big group such as inc. 3 but she does it well. We're happy to have her on our team.

I have worked with Campbell Property Mgmt. for approx. 6 years/. Donna Lombarbada has been our property manager for the past years and is doing an outstanding job. When we ask her how a task is progressing the answer is it is done. Great job.
There is a major difference in Pelican Harbor since Don Burlew and Campbell Property Management took over as our property manager and property management company. As a member of the board before the change and as President now, I can say that the community looks better and functions so much more efficiently with Don leading us. He makes the board's work so easy. As Harvey said before me, Kudos to Don. And also kudos to Debbie Billard who staffs our office every day. Thank you.
