Our property manager, for Hillsboro Landings II, Lori Schmidt went the extra mile after Hurricane Irma and she still continues her expert help dealing with the aftermath of the storm. When I returned to the building at 10 AM Monday morning, she already had plumbers fixing the broken riser pipes on the roof and the roofers were on their way to take care of the section of roof that came off. Gayle at Green Cay is the most helpful staff member we have ever had the privilege of working with. She is always ready with answers to questions, knows lots of good service people and offers good advice. She was the extra bonus we were not expecting when we bought in Green Cay. She is my go to person whenever I have a problem. My husband and I can not say enough good things!!

Thanks to JoAnn Bordelon and her crew for keeping us safe at Tropic Bay during the hurricane. JoAnn and the crew worked very hard getting things ready before and after the hurricane. She gave the employees proper direction in which they were able to help us to be safe. JoAnn had the office up and running through all of this. You would never know we had a hurricane looking at our grounds! Thanks again Tropic Bay management and team!
I would like to compliment the efforts of our Property Manager, JoAnn Bordelon, in taking the proper steps to restore Tropic Bay to normalcy after hurricane, Irma. Most notably, JoAnn directed the set up and operation of a generator outside the main office, and she motivated all employees to be here every day to provide whatever service they could. In summary, because of JoAnn's actions, Tropic Bay was up & running smoothly in a timely manner.
Our property manager is Heidi Womack. She provided the most efficient help after the hurricane that anyone could expect. She was so well organized, efficient and courteous, we just have to share it publicly. Instead of being overwhelmed and overworked, she was on top of every request.
