Since Donna Labombarda has become our property manager of inc. 3, I have a much more positive attitude of Campbell property management. I find her easy to talk to and she gets to the bottom of issues quickly. I recognize that it isn't easy to deal with the many entities in a big group such as inc. 3 but she does it well. We're happy to have her on our team.

I have worked with Campbell Property Mgmt. for approx. 6 years/. Donna Lombarbada has been our property manager for the past years and is doing an outstanding job. When we ask her how a task is progressing the answer is it is done. Great job.
There is a major difference in Pelican Harbor since Don Burlew and Campbell Property Management took over as our property manager and property management company. As a member of the board before the change and as President now, I can say that the community looks better and functions so much more efficiently with Don leading us. He makes the board's work so easy. As Harvey said before me, Kudos to Don. And also kudos to Debbie Billard who staffs our office every day. Thank you.
In the 8 months since moving into Artesia, I have been most impressed with the efforts and professionalism of the Campbell Property Management staff. impressed because they care, they are responsive and they work towards solving issues. having attended several board meetings, I appreciate how adept our manager, May Mokdad has handled herself and managed to keep the meetings on track, with a smile to boot. very impressive!

We've had Donna Labombardi as our Property Manager for the 953 units in our condo in Sunrise for the past year. She has always been an effective property manager and takes her job very seriously. As a member of the condo's governing board I would recommend Campbell Property Management and Donna to other condos looking for a property manager.
