They are the worse. Their property managers are cymbal bashing monkeys, while they cannot accurately do an auto draft, as they literally just took 598 dollars from me when I don’t have a quarterly fee due until January….. absolutely a clown show
The most unprofessional company I have ever experienced. Their client service is below par. Members of their staff should not be in positions of dealing with clients.
Poor customer service from your billing team
This "management company", if you can call it that, consists of a mafia of uncourteous, unprofessional and unaccommodating people. Property management requires people skills that this company simply does not have.
They hide negative feedback from the public and provide next to zero customer service. Extremely unprofessional doing that. Childish even. Good company would contact disgruntled client and look for a way to fix the issue. Instead they run away and pretend it didn’t happen!
Where to begin with how awful this company is.... Purchased a home in Copper Creek. Amazing home with amazing neighbors. This property management company? Wow. What a joke. Upon finally opening the clubhouse in December, Campbell started billing for clubhouse dues, however, provided no way to pay (in spite of residents repeatedly requesting a way to). This company has the worst service ever. Do not use them for anything. Their offices either never answer the phone or do and tell you nobody's their to speak to and they never respond to emails. They won't hesitate to send a bill for no reason but then won't return calls or emails about said bill. Steer as far away as possible.

I would give a negative review if possible. I do not even know who our property manager is for he is already displaying favoritism towards particular individuals. Other residents have to try to get an appointment for his door is always closed. He does not even talk to residents in the hallway, just to at the very least to say Hi and to introduce himself. Why? Lake Worth location: Worst property management company ever. "Admin " that answers phone is rude & unprofessional. Her attitude is disgusting & deserves to be fired. Brett the manager NEVER returns calls or emails. Receptionist talks over you & hangs up on us. Made us purchase new gate passes that do not work & refuses to help fix the issue. Told us its our problem. Absolutely disgusting zero professionalism.

Envera confirmed that their stickers did in fact work. There was a potential issue with the gate reader closest to their home, which Envera corrected on Wednesday.
