Where to begin with how awful this company is.... Purchased a home in Copper Creek. Amazing home with amazing neighbors. This property management company? Wow. What a joke. Upon finally opening the clubhouse in December, Campbell started billing for clubhouse dues, however, provided no way to pay (in spite of residents repeatedly requesting a way to). This company has the worst service ever. Do not use them for anything. Their offices either never answer the phone or do and tell you nobody's their to speak to and they never respond to emails. They won't hesitate to send a bill for no reason but then won't return calls or emails about said bill. Steer as far away as possible.

I would give a negative review if possible. I do not even know who our property manager is for he is already displaying favoritism towards particular individuals. Other residents have to try to get an appointment for his door is always closed. He does not even talk to residents in the hallway, just to at the very least to say Hi and to introduce himself. Why? Are the residents that unimportant to him, even though his salary is paid by the residents who are paying their maintenance fees? Would also like to know why a mislead... read more

Lake Worth location: Worst property management company ever. "Admin " that answers phone is rude & unprofessional. Her attitude is disgusting & deserves to be fired. Brett the manager NEVER returns calls or emails. Receptionist talks over you & hangs up on us. Made us purchase new gate passes that do not work & refuses to help fix the issue. Told us its our problem. Absolutely disgusting zero professionalism.

Envera confirmed that their stickers did in fact work. There was a potential issue with the gate reader closest to their home, which Envera corrected on Wednesday. Quite paying lip-service and solve the problem of the Junk-Man running a junk business out of Oakbrook useing the Halls, storeroom and old vans in the parking lot to store junk. Would you like to get off the elevator in your building to see an old toilet seat on the rug next to the junk-mans door in the Hall?

Kelly will make sure that the board and manager know of the situation, the problems caused by the junk, and some possible options for the board to take. John Messina is not trustworthy and under his management our property has gone to the dogs. Breakers is dirty, landscaping horrible, paint chipping and lobby ceiling falling apart. Unapproved entry into my unit and sharp, nasty comments from him are disturbing. Breakers property values have fallen under his management.

Linda Cornell was absolutely wonderful to work with, and as a 5-yr resident of Campbell managed Camino Real Village I can honestly say they’re the best in the business. 5 completely biased stars!!! 💥💥💥💥💥

Campbell is horrible. They refuse to open our community pool due to Covid even though it is allowed to be open. And yet they are still charging the community full HOA fees which include the pool. We are being ripped off by Campbell property management. They are pocketing our HOA money and not having to spend it on opening up the pool

Justin: Campbell works as an agent for your Board. We do not make the decision on whether your community amenities should open or not; your Board makes that decision. We have many communities that have chosen to open their amenities. This was a decision made by their Board, not by Campbell. Amenities still need to be kept up and taken care of whether they are being used or not.

Robin Dimitrakis, our Property Manager, has outstanding qualifications to handle each item that needs attention. Her team is a perfect example of A fine working machine.
