Very efficient and good for a quick stay! Great staff and pretty clean.
NYC getaway Ok for the price. Wanted somewhere central with a fridge and microwave, but it needs a little TLC. Broken locks on the window, closet door could not be opened, and obvious damage to the wall from someone trying to force it open. Kitchen has some plates, glasses and cutlery, but limited (One fork is not enough for 2 people?) Showing the effects of travel restrictions for the last couple of years. The property is OK, but Internet connectivity is disastrous and the staff instead of fixing the issue, they give you a number for calling the provider. This is unacceptable because this is a hotel and it is not your home. You do not need to contact internet providers for fixing the hotel issues. Annoying.
