Hotel razoavelmente bem localizado se você quer estar próximo a bagunça da Times Square, mas com um serviço péssimo. Precisamos trocar os cartões fechadura ao menos uma vez por dia durante nossa estadia. As vezes 3 vezes no mesmo dia, pois eles paravam de funcionar. Já o quarto é espaçoso e bem equipado. Elevador rápido.
The room was dirty, the carpet had weird smell. The towels had foul smell. The bathroom wasn't cleaned.
Internet did not work. They should make beds.
We arrived from out of town and waited for the receptionist at the desk to text us regarding our room we waited for hours to not be notify of our room and when called everyone was confused!!’ Very disappointing left early won’t recommend this hotel!!
Basic conditions of the room was bad . Stinking , assigned non tub rooms
