It is 8pm and I just got off the phone with the night shift phone operator. I called because my father telephoned 10 minutes prior. His IV was knocked over at about 6pm, and consequently got disconnected from his arm. He also needed help to get to the bathroom. He was crying when he called me because he had been ringing and ringing for the nurse. I am giving this review two stars only because I have observed the personnel who work directly with the patients during my day time visits. They are kind to my dad and have a good ... read more

My wife was transferred here from Southern Hills Hospital for IV and inhalation therapy. The stay was horrible. Only one nurse showed any understanding for what she was going through. They tried to prolong our stay as much as possible.

this is the most horrible facility ever! you cannot get through on the phone and if you do, you get routed to phones that you cannot leave a message, you get disconencted, you get the run-around, and all you are trying to do is get information on your loved one!!!!! the people that answer the phone make you feel as though you are bothering them. they are rude and abrupt. i, after 7 phone calls, finally! finally!! got through to the nurse in charge of my mother. after speaking with her, i asked to speak to a supervisor to... read more

BEWARE DEATH TRAP!!! The nursing staff are either lazy and/or under staffed. They left my grandpa unsupervised in his room while in a wheelchair, sitting in his own feces! It was so bad that, he fell out of his wheelchair sent to the hospital they had to scrub poop off of him from his back down his legs! He had one of the worst diaper rashes an elderly could have with total break down in skin. I had been present on one occasion and watched with my own eyes, him pushing the nurses button for help and no one came till I had to... read more

The facility has a two week wait to get in here. And their admission staff is rude and unprofessional and pick and choose who they want in here. You think from the outside it looks nice , stay away.

My mother is currently rehab-ing from a hip replacement and broken pelvis and in the span of 5 days she has called me crying about four times because she puts her call light on for assistance going to the bathroom and no one comes. A few times she has called the main number to the place and asked for someone to come to her room since no one answers the call light, but when she did that this morning after waiting 30 minutes, someone kept hanging up on her. The food is terrible, but I don't mind bringing her food. If that was ... read more

My mother was a patient here for about 2 weeks. The nursing staff/PA must of been "D" Students because they didn't ever have an answer for any question you asked. I don't think any of the nurses gave a report to the next shift of nurses about their current patients - no one had any idea of what medications my mother was given and never knew if she had any tests done or any therapy. They couldnt tell me if there was any change good or bad. The only people at this facility that did ANY WORK were the CNA'S (aids) they worke... read more
