We went to see my Dad for Christmas when we arrived I was at the entrance and could hear my father screaming for help. As we passed the nurses station I seen one nurse n she headed the opposite direction, as I walked into my fathers room all you could smell was feces. I would think if one has a wound with diabetes making sure the wound doesn't sit in feces is a good idea. As soon as we got in the room I pushed the nurse button, as as time went by I check to Make sure the light was working, an hour went by and my sister show... read more

I would rate this a negative if it was available since it's not was force to give it a star. My mother went their for rehab for a few days. The first thing you would think since the place is humongous that the service will be excellent since they have some many staff members. Well the service is awful I hit the nurse button a they responded 30 minutes later without any details or new information about my mother. They are not caring and don't pay any attention to the patients. I waited for discharged instructions and no one h... read more

Would give this a negative if possible. Please someone do something about this. My 85 year old mother was brought here long before she was ready for this place. She has a gaping open wound on her belly that drains. Her bag needs to be emptied every hour without fail and changed quite often. It takes a certified person to change the bag and they let anyone do it. People that don't know how they just show like it isn't a big deal. They don't drain her bag as needed and it explodes on a daily basis and they have to clean ... read more

Don't have your family members stay here. Worse place ever. US Healthcare gave them worse than average review. The care here your family will receive will be terrible. No compassion from anyone and trying to get a hold of the director and owner is impossible. The place is dirty and the bed pans patients use are left on the bathroom floor which isn't even cleaned on a daily basis. To ask the nurses and CNA's to do something is impossible. They treat the patients with no respect . I hope one day if ever there family members ma... read more

This place is a nightmare, an absolute nightmare! The staff is careless, the physical therapists are frustrated if they have to deal with anyone who is actually sick. The ONLY small bit of kindness comes from the CNAs. If the hospital is trying to discharge your loved one to this facility fight to get them sent elsewhere!

Business response:

Angeline, Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention. I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our staff's service. I'd like to get more details about this; please reach out to me at your earliest convenience at (702) 541-6200. Josh

This place was ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING!!! Do NOT go here no matter what! Choose a different facility!!! The stafg could care LESS about patients well being or comfort..explosive diarrhea and they let it sit for 3 hours without cleaning it..mom sat in her dirty diaper for 45 min and NOW is in ICU with HIGHLY Infectious intestinal infection!!! She would have died if we hadn't gone against doctors orders and taken her out of there...please don't put yourself or loved ones in this situation!! We are looking into legal action today... read more

The only redeeming quality about this facility was the care of the nursing staff was generally outstanding. Although I understand the night nurses and weekend nurses were not so friendly or helpful. Very poor communication between their own internal divisions of nursing, physical therapy, housekeeping, and case management. Physical therapy that was never performed was noted on patient chart as being performed on multiple occasions. Insurance companies should take a hard look at auditing cases to determine if activities b... read more

If there was a minus 10 that's what they would get. My father received terrible treatment at this place. Therapy is a joke.....How can such a big facility have only 3 machines. Dad was admitted with for rehab possible long term care. Facility did unsafe discharge. Upon discharge...summary paperwork stated continent (my dad is incontinent) paperwork stated able to do daily activities (transfer, dress himself, walk) my dad could not do any of these things. I had to almost carry my dad into the car. He could not dress himself ... read more

It is 8pm and I just got off the phone with the night shift phone operator. I called because my father telephoned 10 minutes prior. His IV was knocked over at about 6pm, and consequently got disconnected from his arm. He also needed help to get to the bathroom. He was crying when he called me because he had been ringing and ringing for the nurse. I am giving this review two stars only because I have observed the personnel who work directly with the patients during my day time visits. They are kind to my dad and have a good ... read more
