Installed three bedrooms of carpeting. Removed old carpet and installed new pad and carpet. They came and measured for the carpet and quickly followed up with a quote. Everything was included-moving furniture, removal of old carpet,take away and installing of new pad and carpet. . The carpet arrived quickly and an appointment was made to install. Went into store to check out prices and product. Store is very nicely set up. Salesman was knowledgeable and personable. Prices were higher than we were able to afford. But if I could afford them, I would definitely use them. Couldn't use ... prices not in our budget ... store and salesman very nice.
We have carpet installed in our bedroom. The installers arrived on scheduled. We weren't pleased with the seaming of the carpet and Capital was very responsive. In addition, the installers nicked a piece of furniture and again Capital was very responsive in getting in fixed. They were very professional in how they handled the issues and we would highly recommend them.
Sold and installed carpet. Great overall experience. Would definitely recommend GREAT!
Tile and carpet bought and installed 1000 sf tile installed, carpet for 3 bedrooms installation next 10 days. So far very good. 6 man crew came in Monday morning, gone Wednesday evening, I was amazed.. removed old tile. Nice job. Only issue is two br doors still see carpet under doors from hallway. They are coming back to extend farther under doors, no charge. I chose Capitol based on reviews here and very happy I did.
I purchased carpeting and padding for a master bedroom and had it installed by this company. The installers arrived on time, were careful in moving furniture, worked efficiently, completed the job perfectly, and cleaned up well. I am very satisfied with the work that was done
They did carpeting in two bedrooms and a couple of closets. I had a little difficulty honoring the coupon, but they eventually checked with a manager and I got it honored. The carpet looks really good so far.
We ordered laminate flooring from them for all the rooms in our house. Did not include installation. We are putting laminate flooring in all rooms of our house. We shopped around to all the standard places, but we started at Capital Carpet and Tile because we thought their selection would be average but thought their prices would be high.
