installed laminate floors in 2 rooms of my house Excellent! Salesman allowed me to take home samples and came and measured the rooms almost as soon as I asked. Installers came exactly at the time they said they would and installed floors in less than 5 hours. Everything was left neat and clean. Installers even took time to make sure the threshold flowed onto my tile floor in the hallway correctly. All in all one of the best installs I've ever had!
Capitol Carpet & Tile installed new wood floors. They did a wonderful job. They had a very wide selection. The salesman was wonderful. We like the variety and the way they presented themselves. They're extremely professional and responsive.

Installed carpet in living room, on stairs, and on wide upstairs hallway. Very positive experience. Gave a 'B' grade on price only because it is a higher cost than some other providers, but to my untrained eye it also seemed like the quality of their offered products was much better than 'bargain' carpet and I was glad we decided to go with Capitol. We like the carpet very much, the sales experience was no pressure, and the installers were very professional in every way.
Install carpet in three bedrooms. My wife and I visited the showroom on Glades Road late one evening and it was quiet as it was close to them closing. The few carpet service personnel they had at that time were tied up with customers but the window treatment gentleman (Alan I believe) helped us as best he could until they were freed up. Alan helped make some sense of some scribbled measurements I had taken of our rooms so at least we knew how much carpet (approximately) we needed. Sold and delivered large area rug It was very professional - delivery was when expected.
We used them twice. Once for wall to wall carpet in the bedrooms. This time we had them for an area rug. Shari was my sales person. She was helpful, professional and took as much time as was needed to make sure the project was done to satisfaction. The installation was flawless, professional, and they even took the time to clean up after themselves. They are the only carpet company that I will be using in the future.

They gave me a quote on having my entire condo (over 1200 square feet) tiled. This would include rip up of carpet flooring and quarter round moulding. I really liked the people at Capitol. They were extremely courteous in all my communications with them. They were a little bit higher priced than another company I spoke with so I went with the lower bid. If I had more money to play around with, I might consider using them in the future.
Re-carpeted five rooms The salesman was very accommodating, and actually "pulled a rabbit out of the hat" to find us a carpet at the price point that we needed. On the day of the installation everything went well. They arrived when expected, carefully moved the large furniture that we could not move in advance, and performed their job with professionalism and attention to detail. Installed carpet on my stairs and loft area. The communication between the provider and the customer was excellent. However, the installation took longer than expected because their policy is to call on the day of installation between 8 am and 10 a.m. On the day of the scheduled installation, they called at 10:15 and by that time it was pouring and they were unable to cut the carpet as I do not have a garage.
