Came and showed me different samples to choose from and went over cost and payment schedule. I was able to get my flooring without interest if I paid it of within 12 months. The gentlemen who came to my house were professional and worked the entire time they were here. They had to come back the next day but were finished by noon and then cleaned up everything. I do find some areas that need to be fixed I need to contact them to come back and do this as I am supposed to have a 30 year warranty.

We just got a quote from Capitol Carpet & Tile but we didn't use them. The quote was for window coverings. They came out and gave us a quote. It was fine. They came out when they said they would. They gave us a quote and called to follow up afterwards. We decided not to do the window coverings at all.
Installation of 90 square yards of premium carpet - included a 13-stair split staircase with landing. Not much of a story to tell. The sales staff at the store were friendly and knowledgeable. The carpet was installed on the date promised. The installers were experienced and did an excellent job; they even vacuumed after the install, leaving the rooms inspection-ready. Purchased and had carpet installed in whole house except kitchen. Also purchased and had installed flooring in kitchen. Everyone was professional & fantastic. Extremely helpful and did a great job. I had no issues at all.
We had approximately 1,000 sq. feet of tile installed. We highly recommend Capitol Carpet & Tile located in Royal Palm Beach. Charlie, the sales associate, was very helpful. He took the time to explain the pros and cons between carpet and tile flooring. After discussing the fact that we have four small dogs, we decided to go with tile. I did not end up using them because they were outside my price range. Rich was very courteous and professional. I did not use them because they were outside my price range however Rich went to my apartment within 3 days of me contacting him for a quote. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to get back to me.
Upon visiting the showroom, Brian allowed me to take home 4 sample boards for the weekend, a courtesy I have not found in other carpet stores. The following week, Brian came to measure, and I placed my order. I received a confirmation email the next day, as well as a phone call the day before installation. Great Experience!! Charley is very helpful and gave us a few choices for our project. The Installer are great and very crafty on difficult spaces.
Charlie came out exactly when scheduled, the price was fantastic, and the installers did a great job! Everything from the beginning to end was excellent. I am very happy with the overall value and experience. They came out, measured and installed the carpet in less than a week--even during the holidays!!
