Sale was made in the Boca Raton store on Glades Road with Anthony, He was polite and knowledgable. His estimate of our job was right on. The installers came to install 3 rooms of tile. They were punctual, polite and did their jobs very well. The job was scheduled for 3 days, and it took 3 days. We would use Capitol Carpet and Tile again, and nobody else, and would surely recommend them to anybody. The job went perfectly. Polite, sophisticated, knowledgable and punctual.
I have a small screened in porch which needed new indoor/outdoor carpet.salesman Charles was very helpful very nice man.purchasing and installing was very easy.would highly recommend this company thanks Jim Charles showed me samples I found one It was just what i was looking for purchased it and 1 week latter it came in Charles called set up a date for installation the installer was on time and did a excellent job over all very pleased.
We added a 12'x20' sunroom to our house. They measured and installed the tile in this room. As I recall everything was done on time and install itself went well. Will use Capital again later this year when we replace the carpet in the rest of the house. UPDATE:(6/21/12) CC&T installed 133 sq. yards of carpet in our home yesterday. They put down a laminate floor in one room for us in Florida. They did a pretty good job. Their price was ok but I didn't really compare prices. They put the wrong kind of transfer over to the tile. It should have been flat but the way it is now you could trip over it. They are going to come back and fix it when we get back to our home. They said that they could get it done in two weeks but we had to keep calling them to do it before we left. Carpeted one room in newly purchased house. Provided quick professional service.. Sales staff excellent and did not try to sell us more than we needed. Estimator and installers prompt and professional/. Overall a good experience. Office staff goth a little confused about scheduling installation, but this was a very minor glitch./
I had three rooms of new carpet installed. They were wonderful. They came on time and were very professional. The price was good and the people were very nice.
I used Capitol Carpet and Tile, a couple of weeks ago. They installed my carpet. I spent about $2,000 on the carpets. Their salesperson was excellent. The installer was good. I would use them again in the future.
