We got an estimate from Capitol Carpet and Tile. The gentleman that came out was very nice and very professional. He had samples of carpet and pads and he gave us pricing and told us what was better for children. He measured the room and drew the dimensions on graph paper. We decided to not change the carpet but to just get the carpets cleaned. The price to replace the carpet depended on the carpet I chose; it was going to cost $500 and up for one room.

Had carpet pulled out of 2 bedrooms and tiled. Everyone involved was prompt and professional. An added bonus: The tile installer suggested that instead of using a marble threshold to divide the bedroom tile from the rest of the tile (not matching) throughout the house with a decorative strip of multi shaded tiles was just brilliant! Hardwood floors installed in bedroom. Went to store picked out wood floor which had to be ordered ,took about a week for wood to arrive because of 4th of July holiday. Wood was delivered 2 days prior to installation so as to acclimate to air conditioning. Men arrived on time to install floor, extra $120 charge to remove paint from cement floor so glue would adhere. Overall happy with floor and company would use again.

Capitol Carpet & Tile replaced my old carpet and with a new one. They had a good selection of carpeting. I have no problem using them again.

We dealt with the Boca branch. We did two separate jobs about a year apart -- Kitchen/Laundry Room in 2011 and two bathrooms this year. They tore out the old tile and installed the new. Sales staff was excellent and helpful -- price was very competitive. I think the installers, at least on the second job, were independent contractor, and on the second job were a bit more difficult to work with. The quality of both installations was excellent. There were some minor issues will billing/payment, but these were quickly resolved.

RENOVATION OF WEST PALM BEACH WATERFRONT CONDO. CAPITOL HANDLED ALL FLOORING AND BATHROOM TILE WORK, INCLUDING DECORATIVE GLASS TILE WORK. BEAUTIFUL HARDWOOD LAID THROUGHOUT WITH CARPET IN BEDROOM. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. AWESOME JOB. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. ASK FOR STEVE. HE'S THE MANAGER AND HAS BEEN THERE MANY YEARS. EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF HOW CONTRACTORS SHOULD TREAT CUSTOMERS. UNBELIEVABLY WELL!

I had carpet and hardwood floors installed by Capitol Carpet & Tile. They were professional and did a good job. They are reliable and I would recommend them.

Capitol Carpet & Tile did the laminated wood floor and they did the tile in our kitchen. I was very much satisfied with their work. They took their time and they knew what they were doing. I talked to a few neighbors in the area that saw them coming and going each day early in the morning and same way in the night. I wasn’t here to supervisor the work being done. I was very happy as soon as I opened the door and saw the work they did.

We purchased new carpet for 5 rooms in our home. The salesman was 45 minutes late for our appointment. To be totally fair, he did call first. He showed us several samples and helped us decide which one to choose. We tentatively scheduled the installation for the following Friday pending delivery of the carpet to their warehouse. We never received confirmation that the carpet was available, so we called him mid-week to confirm the date since we were taking the day off of work to be there.
