Went to the store to purchase carpeting for our home. After reading an A review of one of the locations in this chain, we went to their store in Boca Raton. We entered the store, looked around for approximately 5 minutes, and then left. Purchasing carpeting is not self-service. It requires a sales consultant to complete the task. No one greeted us, asked if we had questions, or even said "Hey, I'll be right with you." Went to another A reviewed store, Lowes, and made the purchase.
