I had three rooms of laminate flooring put down. They did my family room, master bedroom, kitchen and hallway. Its very high quality flooring. The quality of their service was excellent! They came in and installed three rooms of laminate flooring. The quality of their service was excellent!
Removed old carpet and padding and replaced both. Moved furniture to accomplish this. I have used Capitol Carpet countless times over the past 20 years. LOVE this company. They employ their own installers rather than sub-contracting them, so your service is always exceptional. They sent someone out to measure my room, called me with an estimate, made an appointment to install, arrived on time and did an amazing job. I can't say enough about this company. I've recommended them numerous times and will continue to do so.
Installed new carpet in my office. Everything was good as expected. The carpet is still holding up.
They put in laminate flooring. They also removed a lot of old tile before putting down the new flooring. I would grade them highly. They were good. I would say overall they were pretty good. There was one thing that I didn't like and I don't know if it was their fault entirely. But the laminate that they suggested, which is what I put in, I wasn't 100% happy with it. Visited their Boca store, found and purchased ceramic tile. It went much better than expected. They had the tile I liked in stock, at a great price, and it was delivered as promised. The sales and delivery personnel were professional and reliable, and they spoke very highly of their company and employer. A refreshing but rare occurrence.
Purchased and had carpet installed in three bedrooms, hallway, and closets. I went to the Boca Raton store. The sales staff were all very nice. Anthony was helpful in getting me a good quality carpet at a good price. The store has a nice display of carpets. The installers arrived later than planned, but did an excellent job. Loretta from the service department followed up to see if I was happy with the carpet and installation. Overall a good experience, and I would recommend using this company.
From visiting the store to actual installation the process went smoothly and professtionally. Would use them again and that's the highest form of praise.
CARPET AND WOOD FLOORING INSTALLED SALESMAN ARNIE KNEW WE WERE SHOPPING AND BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY. WE KNEW THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE, BECAUSE WE WERE MISLED BY SO MANY OTHER DEALERS. THE INSTALLATION WENT WELL, FOR BOTH WOOD FLOOR IN OUR MASTER AND THE 210 YARDS OF CARPET.
I purchased hardwood floors from Capitol Carpet & Tile. They also installed it. They did everything exactly as expected. They showed up on time and finished the job in under the time they said it was going to be. I didn't price shop, but I thought their pricing was fair. I will still use them in the future.
