Completely redid guest bathroom -- replaced tile floor and shower, installed new vanity and sink. The bathroom and floor look wonderful. We have gotten many compliments about the transformation. The company is very concerned that customers are satisfied; the owner's mother called after the job was completed to see how we liked the outcome. The store manager has followed up along the way as well. They have gone out of their way to make sure we were happy.

Replace/remove existing all existing carpeting in our home. We went to the Capitol Carpet and Tile store at Congress and Hypoluxo to select carpeting for new home. We worked with Rich Luppowitz. He seemed pretty knowledgeable, and we eventually settled on a carpet we liked (we used the same carpeting throughout). We were told it would take about 10 days before they could install, and everything happened exactly on schedule. I also dealt with Kevin when paying the balance, and he was good too. THEY REPAIRED A 5' X 4' PIECE OF CARPET, REPLACED IT WITH NEW PIECE IT LOOKS GREAT. THE PROJECT WENT VERY WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Showroom on Congress and Hypoluxo near Dunkin donuts in Winn Dixie plaza...faces Hypoluxo. Tile, carpet, laminate and hardwood sales and installation. The products include major brands like Mohawk and Shaw. I searched multiple flooring stores and what stood out immediately when I walked into Capitol was how friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful KEVIN was in the showroom. Seemingly well at first, then several months after initial installation a large bubble appeared near the cabinets, which was successfully repaired. Soon after other bubbles began to appear in the corner under the table. The company maintained that the bubbles were caused by the table legs because of dimples left in the vinyl, but there were no dimples in the old, cheap vinyl and there were bubbles under the legs and in places where there were never table legs. We were having porcelain tile put in our entire condo except for the bathrooms and kitchen, approximately 830 sq. ft. Once the contract was signed it took two weeks for all tile and supplies to come in, and another half week for the work to start. From beginning to end, the installation took 11 calendar days. Interestingly, they require half payment up front and the other half the day the installation starts. Usually payment in full is not expected until a job is completed. Not well. Salesman was very nice and did his best to rectify all the issues. I was never offered any financial concession for the multitude of problems. Management also never reached out to me to discuss our problems or offer real solutions. Problems included: 1. Blinds that were ordered were the wrong type and measured incorrectly. 2. Installer could not figure out which window treatment should be installed with a particular window.
