Salesman at Palm Beach Gardens store I agree with a prior review on this store, in which the customers felt that their business was not wanted. I went in knowing the measurements, style and color (I brought a sample) of the carpet and padding I wanted. The salesman was unwilling to break down the price for me, which was exorbitant, based on 2 other estimates. Didn't show up on scheduled day of installation. Wasted a whole day waiting. rescheduled and install went fine. After rescheduling and taking off another day of work the job was completed a expected.

Two rooms were carpeted. The team arrived at 3:30 pm and they appeared tired. While the carpeting looks OK the men damaged baseboards and door frames in moving furniture. A rep from the company offered a small sum to compensate my wall painter who spent almost 4 hours sanding and repainting the damaged areas. I was completely turned off by the salesman. He was very condescending. Wasn't forthcoming with the prices of the flooring I was interested in. Didn't answer my questions, and tried to make me look like I had no clue what I was talking about. I had shopped, and purchased flooring in other homes in the past. I would never recommend them or that store. He definitely lost a sale. See the details above.
Installed porcelain tile ( that looks like wood) in bedroom and sitting room area. Well let me start by saying that I wish all the workmen that had ever come to my house were as professional, courteous and knowledgeable as the crew that Capitol sent to do the job. They arrived exactly on time...moved a tremendous amount of furniture to do the install.... and before they left moved everything back in place and asked me if it was to my satisfaction. They installed carpet in the bedroom and the living room. They did a beautiful job. The sales representative, Anthony V. was very informative and helpful. Danny and his partner did a wonderful job with the installation. The carpet is beautiful.
