Removed old carpet and replaced with new11
I purchased hardwood floors for my entire downstairs. Everyone was so professional and so helpful at the store. The installers did a fantastic job installing. They were so professional and they really do care about doing a great job!
Terrible service! It took them 4 months to complete the job!

Capitol is apologetic for the extended time frame it took to complete the installation. It was an extremely unique situation. The order consisted of a hardwood floor installation in 3 rooms, hall and stairs. The 3 rooms and hall were installed properly in a timely fashion. The color of the stair noses however did not coordinate well with the wood on the steps. Installed carpet on curved staircase. First I would like to mention that we had a great experience with our sales person Charlie. He went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted and what would work best for our staircase. He personally came to the house to measure and let us bring the sample boards from the showroom to see how it would look with our existing tile flooring and new paint. Installed tile. Installed carpet Grout was left in corners and on tile. Carpet was installed incorrectly. Was reinstalled and now has to be done again as it was installed incorrectly.

They removed two layers of tile and new tile was installed in living areas of my house. The installers were punctual and meticulous. The work was completed in a timely manner. My home was left clean and tidy as well.
