I arrived 25 minutes early to my GM First Maintenance appointment and was seen as soon as I arrived. Everything took about 30 minutes. I was in and out. Hassle free. Great first experience!

The process started rough but I stayed vigilant and they kept working with me. Have been a customer many times. Not sure how I feel about the Berkshire Hathaway ownership seems they have lost some personal hometown feel. My sales team wen the extra mile to get the truck I wanted at the price point that worked for me.
