Sat for 40 min without any communication or update that scheduled appt would be late. No excuse to not have staff inform of late appt when checking in or call ahead of time or ignore when waiting for long periods in waiting room.

Arrived 3pm for a 4pm appointment just so I could be waited on “ON TIME” and was in waiting room until 4:40. Was taken to the patient’s room and had another 30 minute wait for the Dr. Once Dr arrived, In 40 minutes I had a Dr. exam, blood work, an EKG, and a B12 shot. Staff and Dr. was excellent and courteous. The wait times were awful!!! If I had come 1 hr and 40 min late for the appointment I would have been told to reschedule!!!!! I waited 2 hours to see a doctor on a day when it wasn’t that busy. Many people who came in after me were seen first. I finally went up to ask and she said “ I thought u went in awhile ago”

Appointments time are not respected. The last time I was there a few days ago my appointment was for 10:30 am I went in at 11:25am and then I had to wait for the doctor for another 30 minutes. This is totally out of the question. I’m only given 30 minutes from work n if I don’t show back on time I get written up n a I get no pay for the additional time am not in the job.

The PA refused to give me a weeks supply of blood pressure maintenance Med. Went in and declined for that PA to see me because she never thought what could happen to me without meds for 3 days. Saw a new doctor who asked me what Med he should give me because my current Med was on back order at the pharmacy. I waited 3 and a half hours to be seen. Had to open the door and ask if I was forgotten. One of the Med Tech told me I could leave and come back after waiting 3 1/2 hrs . Finally I was seen. The doctor said he e- faxed ... read more

First- the front desk has no respect for our time checking in. Second- the medicine was not covered by my medical insurance third - I called to report the info about the medicine and it took more than a day to get a call back. I do t recommend this group as I feel they need better client care, time respect, call backs/. I tried but I’ll move on!

Friendly receptionist, helpful nurse. Doctor Singe administered my shot in a new way with less pain, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The Springfld office “Rocks!!!”

Visit the care station for one problem and end up with more problems end Up going to the emergency room and skin doctor after seeing Dr. conte Salvatore... also Dr. Salvatore was not very pleasant at all .... :-(

I went to get checked out for ONE swollen tonsil. The doctor I saw checked me for 2 seconds, told me he wouldn’t do a culture because it would take too long to get results, gave me a prescription and that’s it. Two days after I started taking the meds, my symptoms got worst and I ended up having to go the emergency room for TWO swollen tonsils. I know this is urgent care, but in these instances, more in-depth examination should have been done. The medicine didn’t work at all.
