I’m not sure if the lab tech was a student or not but if she was I did not appreciate her taking my blood without supervision. She was not able to get the blood at one point and after moving the needle SEVERAL times trying to get more blood she left a terrible bruise. She kept asking if I drank any water during the day. She had to go get a nurse or seasoned lab tech to come in and take blood from my other arm which she had no problem doing. The doctor was great The assistants no experience and very unprofessional they should not be in the medical field

Made an appointment for a blood test for my medication but they tried to get me to do a physical which I refused & then was told that if I didn’t do a full physical & come every 3 months for a blood test then I wouldn’t b able to get my medication anymore which is ridiculous. Will b going somewhere else if that is really the case. Not right.

I was there on Tuesday 5/28 with pneumonia, though I showed my insurance card, I was asked to pay for the visit, while inside found out I needed emergency care for which I was also charged because I was told my insurance wasn’t accepted. Overall ended up paying over $400. Next day I returned for a follow up and was told by one of your staff that I wasn’t suppose to have been charged and that they were working on refunding me the money immediately. Experience with you guys is almost always excellent, but I saw pain management doc and forgot to ask for a script. Called and asked him to phone it in and rec’d no response. Called again this morning and still no response. Not a good way to keep up patient relationships.

Dr. Singh’s expanded hours really seem to have helped his scheduling. He’s a compassionate man, who really seems to just want people to feel better. Having said that about my most recent visit, I should add that the internal changes made to Care Station as a whole, have provided a much better patient experience.
