We have worked with Dr. Bruzzese now for many years. He has been there at the start of our relationship with a new pup, and was there with us at the end when we lost one of our dogs at age 13. We truly could not ask for a better vet. He is caring, knowledgeable, takes the time to talk through the pros/cons of options, and he is just an all-around wonderful person. I feel safe knowing that Dr. Bruzzese is looking out for our pups.

I can't give Caring Hands enough stars. My dog broke her foot, which required a lot of visits (including some unplanned ones because our dog would somehow find ways to get out of her cast). They have treated us so well, and most importantly they show my dog so much love. She has to be sedated for the procedure itself because she gets aggressive when they work on her leg, but she's also the sweetest dog otherwise and they completely see that and everyone there gives her so much love and affection. The first visit was great! But after that, each visit seemed less and less personal. We drew the line after the last 2 unpleasant visits. The first one: our little guy had soars all over his body that were bleeding. When we called Caring Hands, they said their first available would be 1 week out, and they didn't have Any emergency slots available. They suggested we can call back everyday, first thing in the morning to see if any emergency slots are available. I tried that for two days but they never seem to have emergency s... read more

I love caring Hands. Been coming here since 2018. We have two cats and they are always in good hands. They have a very good staff, very friendly. They have the best availability as well. It's very easy to get an appointment. I tried going a few other places before caring hands and it was impossible to get appointments OR they were during my work days. I recommend caring hands!! :)

We have been dealing with Caring Hands in Ashburn for our precious cat. We are delighted with the service we receive there; the place is spotless, the staff is friendly, and Dr. Bruzzese is the best, he is very thorough, patient and makes you feel your pet is as precious to him as to you. We highly recommend Caring Hands in Ashburn.

We are so grateful for the Caring Hands team. They are quick to respond to our pets' needs and the doctors (and technicians) take the time to explain medical issues in detail. We have seen several doctors and have loved them all. Thank you, Caring Hands, for taking such great care of our three dogs.

Fantastic!! We took our cats there for 10 years and now we are taking our dog there as well. Every doctor there is always professional, helpful, and answers all my questions. We moved and I tried to go to another vet and I felt like they had their own agenda and weren't really listening. We went back to Caring Hands and won't turn back. I highly recommend them!

I loved my experience at Caring Hands from the moment I walked into the door to the moment I left. As soon as we walked into the office they had written Welcome Penny on a sign. It made us feel very welcome there and I love those little touches. The staff is all so very knowledgable and kind. I transferred from another vet in Loudoun County because I wasn't pleased with the Doctor's attitude and I finally had enough after 4 years.
