Great vet!! I brought my foster cat here a few times every 2 weeks and each vet I saw was lovely, professional, and very caring and knowledgeable. They took extra time to show me how to administer every medicine and answered all my questions (and I had a lot of them because this is my first cat EVER)! The kind of veterinary clinic where it's clear they invest in their animals and don't just take short cuts to get you in and out quickly. It's nice they partner with animal organizations too!! Our family joined Caring Hands Animal Hospital upon moving to Centreville, VA & kept returning upon moving to Gainesville, VA. Caring Hands opened a facility in Bristow, VA & we transferred still having the same professional, friendly service as provided in Centreville. Between both locations our family has been a happy & loyal client for approximately 30 years. I really love this practice! We got an American Bully puppy last summer. I was super nervous about finding a vet for him because he is shy and a scaredy-cat. The staff here are amazing with him!! Apollo hates getting his nails cut too, but we have never had a bad experience here. They go above and beyond and always check-in on him even for the smallest things.

My family has been going here since I was little, so of course when I got my own pets I chose to take my fur babies here. I moved about 45 minutes from this location recently but will make the drive without hesitation because of how compassionate, loving, and patient they are. My kitten recently broken his leg and they have been nothing but amazing during this unfortunate time. Dakota, Scout, & Beau are so lucky to have an amazing team that always takes remarkable care of them.

I've taken my pets to Caring Hands for 15 years. They are excellent however, the reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it has become very difficult over the last 2 years to make an appointment. It takes a couple of weeks or more.

My furr baby woke up extremely sick one Morning and my regular vet could not see her. I was advised to take her to the ER. I called Caring Hands animal Hospital and the could see her in a hour. We were seen pretty much immediately once we walked in the door. In about a hour we were leaving with a diagnosed and 4 medications. I was extremely grateful. About 4 days later we started seeing her improve. They want us to bring her back for bloodwork on the 7th day to be sure things are back to normal. I highly recommend Caring Ha... read more

We had a horrible experience with our previous vet and it took a-lot for us to try this one out. Im glad we did! Dr. Zurkus was friendly, knowledgeable and I felt that she truly cared and wanted whats best for my cat.

I have been a customer since 2006 and Caring Hands Animal Hospital in Bristow, VA is my vet. They have always taken incredible care of our animals in good and bad times. Highly recommend and unless there is an after hours emergency, they are the only vet we trust. Every doctor is patient and very knowledgeable, compassionate with each pets passing over the years. Dr. Dean and Dr. Murphy have taken excellent care of our pets for years.
