First and foremost I was actually quite pleased with their service until recently eventhough I've been getting too many "reminder" emails from them (I've previously unsubscribed from their mailing list). I got an email saying I can access my pets' online medical records via a website called VitusVet. I saw a note created by a vet I didn't see, Katherine Rodriguez DVM, stating that I need to be "educated on kitten vaccinations" and that I seemed "a little confused".
