Amazing first experience! I just got a tiny Pomeranian puppy mix and used yelp to find a vet for her in my area. I was drawn to this place because they have raving reviews. Another thing I liked before I even walked in was their website! You're able to make appointments and write notes to the doctor for the appt online and you get a text receipt that the appt time is yours, so easy! So far, nothing but great things to say about this vet! We came here because we recently adopted two cats and my friend referred us there. Because she referred us, we each got $25! For recently adopted pets, the first physical exam is free, although we ended up forking over some cash at the end because we got one cat microchipped and the other had prescription medicine, a few days of special food, and a stool sample. We had such a great visit. I am so grateful for Caring Hands Animal Hospital. Staff is friendly. We were seen on time by our vet. Dr. Han was professional and informative throughout the entire visit. She kept me informed regarding what they were doing and why. I appreciate Dr. Han!

I went to Caring Hands for the first time today in an emergency situation. I realized last night that one of my goldfish who lives outside in the summer in a predator proof pond was very bloated and had protruding scales. No one around the area sees fish and after having done as much research as I could online and with animal rehabber friends, it turns out my fish had kidney failure, and the most humane thing to do was euthanize her. I just want to say thank you to Dr. Streck and the rest of the staff for their amazing service and care for my cat Lady! I had been procrastinating dealing with two health issues that had been identified by a previous vet: 1) a heart murmur that affected the ability to treat the 2) damaged/broken teeth in her mouth. Dr Streck and the friendly, professional team at Caring Hands have been a fabulous find for me, the hubby, and our squeamish rescue Bluetick Coonhound. We've been through a swallowed pair of footy socks, tail caught in the car door, a limpy scraped paw, and wellness visits. Whether urgent or routine the level of care is consistently excellent. Wow! Great visit. Rachel met with Taz and Jaz She explained the visit - Dr Goode was wonderful Since my doggies are older she explain what to watch for as they age. I was very pleased after their visit. I would recommend Caring Hands of Rockville to all of my friends PS. They did do a follow up call to see how the dogs were doing after there vaccinations!!

For my first yelp review, this is completely worth making myself a "yelper". I'd like to start by writing that my family has brought our pets to the same Vet for over 10 years here in montgomery county before my fiancé and I decided to switch to Caring Hands. That's just how much we fell in love with the staff and over all environment. I started going to Caring Hands Animal Hospital in December '17 when my first Great Dane puppy Tampa came home! I have had three appointments so far (for her puppy vaccination series) and each experience has been absolutely amazing! Dr. Adrienne Goode is my vet and I HIGHLY recommend seeing her.
