I started going to Caring Hands Animal Hospital in December '17 when my first Great Dane puppy Tampa came home! I have had three appointments so far (for her puppy vaccination series) and each experience has been absolutely amazing! Dr. Adrienne Goode is my vet and I HIGHLY recommend seeing her. I came here to get treatment for my dog's ear infection. Every staff member I spoke to was extremely friendly. A little back story on my dog (Bella): her previous owner used to leave her tied up alone out back and would scream at her and hit her. She even got away once and was hit by a car. She is not very socialized. By the time I got her, she had such trust issues with people that it could take several days/attempts before she would be okay with a new person. Okay.... BEST VET EVER! I mean literally ever. The staff is so kind and is always trying to make your visit as easy as possible. They have little snacks, candy, tea, water, and coffee if you wanted it. They have a little sign behind the front desk that has your pet's name on it when you go in for your appointment. This animal hospital has been taking care of our poodle for the last couple of years. They are very competent and also very tech savvy. Notifications are sent by text messages and they do an excellent job of following up on our pet after she has received care. Pricing is also fair and detailed invoices let us know exactly what we are paying for.

Our dog Sampson absolutely adores Dr. Streck and the staff at Caring Hands (and he can be very picky). They also have the most flexible hours. I highly recommend Caring Hands Animal Hospital.

Dr. Streck saved my cat's life. She and her wonderful team took excellent care of her (and me), and they have been providing follow-up guidance to bring her back 100%. 'Nuff said.

While I posted a very positive review after our initial visit with Dr. Streck in February, I wanted to update my review after having had additional experience with this wonderful practice. Dr. Streck and the staff are extremely warm and responsive. Sasha is eager to see them and does not seem stressed by his visits. I am particularly pleased with how Dr. Streck has accommodated our needs. Her exams are very thorough. From start to finish, CHAC was fabulous. I was able to get a Sunday appt on Sunday morning and the appt was on time. The staff was wonderful!!
