Grateful to have found this place. Our dog's time was coming to an end so we brought her here. It was easy to make an appointment and we got scheduled within the hour of calling. They treated her gently and with the utmost care. The staff really cared about us and our dog and her situation. We have had so many bad experiences with pet hospitals here in Rockville. We are so thankful that Caring Hands made this one a bit bearable as a beloved pet's passing never gets easier. Thank you.

My husband and I adopted our first animal two years ago, and since then all four of our animals are patients at Caring Hands in Rockville. We have loved them from the beginning, but this was solidified when our cat recently got sick with an un-treatable, incurable illness. The staff have been absolutely amazing throughout this journey. We recently moved to the area. Within a few weeks, our chihuahua, Bird, began to cry out in pain if she moved too quickly. I made an appointment late Thursday night and got a confirmed appointment for Saturday within a couple of hours. We saw Dr. Reynolds, who was amazing with our little one. She performed a comprehensive exam and walked us through treatment for Bird's twinged neck. Everyone on staff was lovely, helpful, and doted on Bird (even when she was sulky). This was our first visit to Carings Hands and we are very grateful for finding this practice! All the staff treated us and our dog with respect, they were patient with our nervous pup and made every aspect of the visit as comfortable and fear free as possible (including peanut butter, treats and performing the exam and blood work in the room and on the floor!). This place is great. Einstein has been to other vets and the service has sucked, no one listens, they forget about Einstein's bad reaction to meds, overcharge, send stupid emails, etc. This place really cares - about your fur baby and your time. The hours are convenient, staff is friendly and whatever issue I've had, it has been resolved quickly, professionally and kindly. The place is clean and it doesn't smell. The best staff in the world! They are patient with you and your pet, are super knowledgeable and genuinely cares. Our let had a reaction to a medicine and they quickly took care of our dog. Plus they are open on weekends which is great for me.

I have been taking my puppy to Caring Hands since he was brought home at 8 weeks old. The staff at the Rockville location are absolutely the best. On his first ever visit in the summer my puppy was even nominated to be pet of the week! The vets are so thorough and wonderful. My golden retriever puppy enjoys his visits with Dr. Reynolds, Dr. Akande, and Dr. Streck. His favorite front desk staff are Marjele and Nissa, and his favorite vet tech is Antoinette. Dr. Streck and her staff are amazing! We just moved here from Las Vegas and our cat had a drain placed right be moved. Her staff made me and our cat feel welcomed. Dr. Streck is knowledgeable and put me at ease with an acute issue.
