Stay outside of Carmel downtown Mattress, old TV model Location

Bad All of the power in the City of Carmel was out. Location

A regret Cleanliness. Staff was pretty unhelpful. I don’t have high standards for cleanliness, but this room was nowhere close to what it should be. Needed to put shoes on after showering because there was a layer of dust across the whole room. There was also a jacket left in a closet from a prior guest. The bed felt dirty & I woke up with a spider bite on my leg one morning. Furniture in general felt like it was a donation from goodwill. All around, just an unpleasant stay.

Not a good experience Lots of issues on day 1 Room 7 has broken window in the bathroom on the 1st floor not safe especially for women. Then the key stopped working and we did not have excess to our belongings for a long time. Even the employee had difficulty opening room with Master key nothing was working. Our plans were ruined/delayed because we didn't have excess to our belongings. Hours later we lost our room with queen beds and reassigned to 1 king bedroom. It was okay. I wont be back to this place. The pool was out of service/ empty and no breakfast provided. The rooms inside are decorated like 1960s. The bed like of hard.
