Carol from very professional even from the very first meeting when I had questions about applying for a loan and the process the loan agreement would be. She was very informative when we decided to move forward and pull my credit and get preapproved for a loan, and explained the different loan options available to me. Once I found a house, she helped me every step of the way to get my mortgage loan and was always available. I was very happy to work with Carol.
